Redemption ledger PRO
Every numbered certificate and card you print is listed here. Search or scan a serial, then redeem it, use part of the balance or void it.
The ledger is part of Pro. Number every certificate, scan its QR code at the counter and see what's issued, redeemed, partly used or void, with the balance still owed. Export it all to CSV.
How it works
- Fill in the details. Your business, the amount or service, who it's for, an expiry date and a terms line. Leave the name blank to print write-in certificates for the counter. For punch cards, choose 5 to 12 stamps and the reward.
- Pick a design and a sheet. Ten original designs for beauty, food, retail and the seasons. Print 1, 2 or 3 certificates per Letter or A4 page, or 10 business-card punch cards per sheet, all with cut marks.
- Print, number and track. Download the PDF or print straight away. With Pro, each certificate gets its own serial number and QR code and lands in the ledger, ready to redeem in full or in part.

Those tools sell digital wallet cards, online gift cards and print services; Stampsprig makes the printed certificates and punch cards you hand over the counter and tracks them, for one payment.
Gift certificate and punch card FAQ
Is this gift certificate template free?
Yes. Three designs (Salon blush, Café kraft and Classic gold), gift certificates and punch cards, up to 10 per print as a PDF or straight to your printer, with cut marks. A small "Made with Stampsprig" line sits in the page margin outside the cut marks, so it never appears on the certificate itself. No sign-up, no email.
How do serial numbers and the ledger work?
With Pro, every certificate you print gets the next number from your own series (for example GC-0001, GC-0002) and an optional QR code that holds that number. Each one is added to the ledger as issued. When a customer comes in, search or scan the number, then mark it redeemed, use part of the balance (a $75 certificate used for $40 keeps $35 open) or void it. Numbers only go up and are never reused, even if you delete or restore.
What sizes do the punch cards print at?
Standard business-card size, 3.5 × 2 in, ten to a US Letter sheet; 85 × 55 mm, ten to an A4 sheet; or wallet-card size, 3.375 × 2.125 in. Choose 5 to 12 stamps, a stamp icon and the reward. Two-sided cards print the front on page 1 and the stamp side on page 2, mirrored so they line up when you print double-sided (flip on the long edge).
Why not Loopy Loyalty or a Shopify gift card app?
They are good if you want digital wallet stamp cards or online gift cards sold in your web shop, billed monthly: Loopy Loyalty starts at $25 a month, and Gift Card Hero on Shopify charges 2% with a $9.99 monthly minimum (checked 2 Oct 2026). Stampsprig is for the printed certificates and punch cards you hand over the counter, with a ledger to keep track of them, for $19 once.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your designs, logo, serial numbers and ledger are kept in your browser's storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded: PDFs, prints and PNGs are made on your device, and the app works offline once loaded. Download a JSON backup to keep a copy or move to another computer.
What does Pro add?
All 10 designs (spa, barber, boutique noir, celebration, winter holiday, spring bloom, studio), your logo, unlimited quantities per print, serial numbers with QR codes, the redemption ledger with balances and CSV export, custom colours and fonts, PNG exports to send by email or text, JSON backup, and no Stampsprig line on the sheet. $19 once.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel: Pro is a one-time $19 payment, not a subscription. Your designs and ledger stay in your browser, and everything free keeps working either way.
